Job Title: Production Worker

Pay: $17.00 per hour Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM (Mandatory Saturdays in December) Start Date: ASAP

As a Production Worker, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality baked goods. You’ll work closely with your team to drive success and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety within the production environment.

What You’ll Do:

As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Skillfully preparing batters and fillings for a variety of delectable baked goods, ensuring adherence to our high-quality standards.
• Assisting in the assembly and finishing of baked products to meet production goals.
• Properly wrapping and boxing finished products for packaging and shipping, maintaining product integrity throughout the process.
• Upholding cleanliness and organization in your work area by following strict sanitation guidelines.
• Collaboratively working across different departments within the production process as needed.
• Safely operating production equipment and machinery after completing thorough training.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Basic reading and writing skills.
• A reliable work ethic with a positive attitude, flexibility, and a strong willingness to learn.
• The physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs comfortably.

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Gardiner, ME, with daytime hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM. Please note that mandatory Saturday overtime will be required during the month of December.
