Job Title: 2nd Shift Shipping & Receiving
Pay: $19.50 per hour
Hours: Mon.–Fri. 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Start Date/Duration: ASAP – Temporary (3 to 4 months)

Shipping & Receiving Clerk and assist in keeping the supply chain moving. You’ll play a critical role in the safe, accurate handling of materials while ensuring we meet high quality and safety standards.
What You’ll Do:
As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for:

Logistics & Handling: Loading/unloading trucks using forklifts, carts, or hoists and maintaining daily equipment logs.

Shipping & Receiving: Preparing outbound shipments (staging, strapping, and labeling) and verifying packing slips for all inbound raw materials.

Inventory Control: Maintaining FIFO standards and using AIM scanners to manage packaging inventory and ensure 100% traceability.

Documentation: Preparing paperwork for FedEx/UPS/3rd-party billing and printing essential Kanban labels and customs invoices.
What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

Education: A High School Diploma or GED.

Skills: Proficiency in basic math and the ability to interpret manifests and bills of lading.

Technical Savvy: Basic computer skills (Word/Excel) and experience using scanners or tablets.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand/walk for long periods and regularly lift up to 50 lbs
