Job Title: Maintenance Assistant

Pay: $22 - $23 per hour Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Some weekends required based on weather) Start Date: Asap, temp 8-12 weeks

What You’ll Do:

As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with light repairs throughout the building, specifically in resident rooms.
• Performing floor cleaning and maintenance, including buffing and waxing using floor machines.
• Carrying out light snow removal tasks by shoveling pathways and walkways (no machine operation involved).
• Contributing to general cleanliness and upkeep of the facility to enhance resident comfort and safety.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Previous experience in floor cleaning and maintenance.
• The physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, bend, walk, climb stairs, push, and pull.
• A detail-oriented mindset and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
