Pay: $20.50 - $22.50 per hour
Hours: 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM | 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:00 PM - 3:00 AM

What You’ll Do:
As a Manufacturing Test Technician, you will be responsible for:

Testing and Repair: Perform tests, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of electronic products to ensure quality standards are met.

Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and test equipment, guaranteeing optimal performance for all testing protocols.

Fixture Development: Design and create test fixtures as needed to facilitate effective and efficient testing processes.

Documentation: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all work-related activities to ensure traceability and compliance.

Problem Solving: Utilize your analytical skills to address and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

Education: High School Graduate or equivalent.

Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

Skills: Ability to read and understand verbal or written instructions for electro-mechanical products.

Technical Proficiency: Experience with electronics assembly, soldering, and mechanical assembly.

Computer Knowledge: Basic computer skills and proficiency in using measuring devices.

Personal Characteristics: A proactive attitude with the ability to think creatively and solve problems effectively.
