Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Pay: $20–$23 per hour, depending on experience (raise provided once hired permanently) Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 7:30 AM–4:00 PM (flexible) Start Date: ASAP

Looking for a stable, long-term administrative role with a consistent weekday schedule? Join a small, supportive office environment as an Administrative Assistant and make a daily impact serving customers and supporting office operations.

As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for calls and occasional walk-in customers while supporting sales, order entry, and general office tasks. You’ll work closely with a small team to ensure smooth processes and excellent customer interactions.

  What You’ll Do:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Making outbound calls to existing customers to take orders
  • Reviewing customer lists and suggesting additional products based on purchase history
  • Taking accurate orders and entering them into the Order Entry system
  • Answering incoming calls and providing friendly, clear communication
  • Performing general office tasks such as scanning, mailing statements, and filing
  • Handling basic accounts receivable and assisting with account reconciliation
  • Supporting customer service needs and assisting with occasional B2B sales tasks
  • Using Excel for formatting, totaling, inserting rows, and other functions
  • Collaborating with a small team and contributing to a positive office environment  
What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • A steady work history with longevity in past roles
  • Experience in sales, customer service, cash handling, or accounts receivable
  • Clear speaking voice and strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel beyond basic data entry
  • Ability to learn order entry systems and internal processes
  • Strong team-oriented mindset and willingness to jump in where needed
  • Ability to work in a small, non-smoking office environment
  • Ability to pass a background check
