Job Title: Apparel and Footwear Production Associates

Pay: $17.50 Hours:

• Apparel Department: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

• Footwear Department: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

  Start Date: ASAP

Looking for a steady, hands-on production role with full-time hours and room to grow? Our client is hiring Production Associates for their Apparel and Footwear departments in Farmington. These positions are great for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning new skills, and being part of a team-driven manufacturing environment.

As a Production Associate, you’ll support multiple stages of the production process and will be cross-trained to help wherever needed.

What You’ll Do

As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Operating and maintaining production equipment safely and efficiently

• Assisting with stitching, sewing, machine operation, and general production work

• Following established production procedures and quality guidelines

• Learning multiple work areas and supporting various stages of production

• Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and safety-focused

• Collaborating with a team to meet production goals

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Machine operation experience (required)

• Stitching or sewing experience (a plus, but not required)

• Willingness to learn multiple roles and cross-train

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
