Job Title: Production Worker

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour Hours: Second Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Do:

As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Operating CNC Routers: Utilize EnRoute and Icut software to accurately route letters, signage, logos, and graphics, ensuring high standards of precision and quality. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Order Management: Prioritize production orders based on shipping dates to ensure timely completion and high customer satisfaction.
• Machine Preparation: Set up machinery for operations, including table setups, vacuum system configurations, machine speed adjustments, router bit selections, and material sizing calculations.
• Material Handling: Prepare materials, maintain cleanliness, and assist in the final assembly for various product lines.
• Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and proficiency in operating all available routers.
• Documentation & Inventory Control: Complete daily production records, manage boxing and labeling tasks, and assist with inventory control functions.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Strong mathematical skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read and interpret operational procedures effectively.
• Good judgment for quality assessments and improvements.
• Strong computer skills are essential.
• Experience in a warehouse or production role is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand continuously and frequently lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and manipulate materials, with frequent use of fingers for keying.
• Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods.

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Brunswick, ME, and offers full-time hours on the second shift: Monday-Friday from 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM.
