Job Title: Full-Time Warehouse/Sorting Associate
Pay: $22/Hr. As a Warehouse/Sorting Associate, you’ll play a key role in receiving, organizing, and distributing materials efficiently. You’ll work closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth workflow and accurate processing of all orders. What You’ll Do:As a Warehouse/Sorting Associate, you will be responsible for:
Processing all inbound containers, D-Bins, tapes, file folders, and miscellaneous items by scanning to the work order and filing in a re-file bin or temporary location within the facility.
Racking all containers from temporary to permanent locations and scanning all items to their new location.
Pulling requests for files, tapes, containers, or materials and processing all orders to the Item Processing Table or work order level. Validate pulls and report variances to the Warehouse Supervisor.
Maintaining a safe working environment by following all company safety procedures consistently.
Performing all established “end of day” procedures and recording in the log.
Performing other duties and responsibilities as requested.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
High School Diploma or GED.
1–3 years of experience in warehousing or records filing-related roles.
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with individuals and groups.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and communicate effectively.
Basic mathematical skills to perform calculations and interpret graphs.
Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, reach, and handle materials.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes noisy environment with exposure to moving mechanical parts.
