Job Title: Part Time Office Assistant Pay: $25 per hour Hours: M and F, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Part time-16 hours a week) Start Date: ASAP / Temp to hire  

We are currently looking for a motivated Office Assistant to join a fast-paced, customer-focused office in Freeport, Maine.  Successful candidates must be organized, dependable, and be able to work well in a customer-facing environment.  This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with excellent long-term potential.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering phones and scheduling service appointments
  • Assisting customers with inquiries in a professional manner
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Processing invoices and payments
  • Supporting technicians and office staff as needed

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Basic computer skills (experience with scheduling software is a plus)
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality
  • Previous office experience preferred, but we will train the right person
