Job Title: Part Time Office Assistant
Pay: $25 per hour
Hours: M and F, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Part time-16 hours a week)
Start Date: ASAP / Temp to hire
We are currently looking for a motivated Office Assistant to join a fast-paced, customer-focused office in Freeport, Maine. Successful candidates must be organized, dependable, and be able to work well in a customer-facing environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with excellent long-term potential.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phones and scheduling service appointments
- Assisting customers with inquiries in a professional manner
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Processing invoices and payments
- Supporting technicians and office staff as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Basic computer skills (experience with scheduling software is a plus)
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Previous office experience preferred, but we will train the right person
