Job Title: Mechanical Assemblers – 1st & 2nd Shift (Temp-to-Hire)

Pay: 1st Shift: $17 – $19/hr 2nd Shift: $20/hr Hours:1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Overtime on Fridays 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM | Overtime on Fridays (Training on 1st Shift) Start Date: 10+ Immediate openings, to possibly start in September!  

We are currently hiring Mechanical Assemblers for Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire career opportunities. These roles involve hands-on assembly work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be part of a team responsible for assembling complex mechanical systems, ensuring quality and precision every step of the way.

As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for:

• Ability to work multiple substations of boiler assembly, including the building of heat exchangers, sub-assemblies, wiring, testing, and crating
• Use a variety of tools, including manual and air-powered wrenches and screwdrivers
• Read and interpret work instructions
• Ensure product is built to specifications and meets quality standards

 

The ideal candidate for this role will have: 

• High School Graduate
• 1+ Year of Manufacturing and/or Mechanical Assembly Experience
• Ability to work with hand tools 
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic Math Skills
