Job Title: Carpenter – Yacht Manufacturing -Urgently Hiring

Pay: $25/hour average Hours: Weekdays, full-time schedule Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking Skilled Carpenters for a full-time, long-term position with our client, a renowned yacht manufacturing company located in Trenton, Maine. The Carpenter will play a key role in building luxury yacht interiors and components. The Carpenter will contribute to a clean, professional, and highly collaborative team focused on precision, safety, and quality. This is a no-travel role with consistent, on-site work at a state-of-the-art facility.

As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for:

• Performing finish and structural carpentry on high-end yacht interiors

• Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials with precision

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings

• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Collaborating with a skilled team to meet project specifications and deadlines

• Ensuring each completed section meets quality and safety standards

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Prior carpentry experience (marine/yacht building a plus, but not required)

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

• Comfort with hand and power tools

• Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team

• Ability to lift and maneuver materials as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
