Job Title: Carpenter – Yacht Manufacturing | Urgently Hiring

We are seeking Skilled Carpenters for a full-time, long-term position with our client, a renowned yacht manufacturing company located in Topsham, Maine. The Carpenter will play a vital role in building luxury yacht interiors and components. This individual will contribute to a clean, professional, and collaborative environment that prioritizes precision, safety, and quality. This is a no-travel role with steady, on-site work at a state-of-the-art facility.

As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for:

• Performing finish and structural carpentry on high-end yacht interiors

• Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials with precision

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings

• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Collaborating with a skilled team to meet production goals and deadlines

• Ensuring completed work meets quality and safety standards

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Prior carpentry experience (marine/yacht experience is a plus, but not required)

• High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship

• Confidence using hand and power tools

• A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a team environment

• Physical ability to lift and maneuver materials as needed

• A high school diploma or equivalent
