Job Title: Financial Account Manager – Urgently Hiring

 Pay: $21/hour  Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM  Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a Financial Account Manager for a full-time position for our client, a reputable organization specializing in administrative services, located in Auburn, Maine. The Financial Customer Account Manager will provide exceptional service and support while applying knowledge of payroll-related processes and regulations. The Financial Account Manager will thrive in this role by demonstrating accuracy, professionalism, and the ability to clearly communicate complex information. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Auburn, Maine. As a Financial Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting clients with inquiries related to payroll and related services
• Explaining procedures and regulations in a clear and supportive manner
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
• Identifying and resolving issues efficiently and professionally
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• MUST have previous experience in finance or payroll environment
• A high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree a plus)
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with payroll laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, solution-oriented attitude
