These are hands-on, career-track roles in a clean, organized, and supportive work environment. Machinist I / Shop Lead – 2nd Shift

• Pay: $27/Hr. to $30/Hr.

• Schedule: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM; Training on 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC lathes, spray booths, and bonding machines

• Lead and train team members

• Interpret blueprints, apply GD&T, and advanced shop math

• Set up, troubleshoot, and ensure machine safety

Requirements:

• 5+ years CNC lathe experience

• 5+ years team leadership

• Strong blueprint reading and communication skills

• Career-minded with supervisory potential

Spray Booth Operator - 1st Shift or 2nd Shift 

• Pay: $22/Hr. to $24/Hr.

• Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (OT available), 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM; Training on 1st shift (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare materials and surfaces for bonding

• Operate spray booth machinery

• Follow detailed work instructions and ensure quality

Requirements:

• 3+ years in spray booth or similar production role

• Reliable attendance, physical stamina (lift 60 lbs)

• Detail-oriented and safety-focused

Welder/Caster - 1st Shift or 2nd Shift 

• Pay: $23/Hr. to $25/Hr.

• Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (OT available), 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM; Training on 1st shift (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• TIG welding, brazing, and metal casting

• Operate manual mills/lathes, interpret blueprints

• Handle hazardous materials safely

Requirements:

• 5+ years TIG welding on exotic metals

• 3+ years casting experience

• Proficiency with tools and GD&T

• Ability to lift 60 lbs and work 10-hour shifts
