Job Title: Temporary Deburrer – Urgently Hiring!

Pay: $19/Hr. Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday (1st Shift) Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a Temp Deburrer for a short-term temporary position (2–3 weeks) with our client, a light industrial manufacturer located in Saco, ME. The Temp Deburrer will be responsible for removing burrs, sharp edges, and imperfections from manufactured parts using hand tools and small equipment. The Temp Deburrer will ensure all parts meet quality and safety standards through precise, detail-oriented work. This is a hands-on position requiring strong manual dexterity and a commitment to consistency and accuracy. As a Temp Deburrer, you will be responsible for:

• Deburring metal and/or plastic components by hand or with basic tools

• Inspecting parts for imperfections or irregular edges

• Following written and verbal instructions for proper finishing methods

• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

• Meeting daily productivity and quality goals

• Adhering to all safety procedures and company policies

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent

• Prior experience in light manufacturing or manual assembly preferred

• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

• High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• A self-motivated and dependable personality

• U.S. citizenship (required for this role due to client requirements)

• The ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
