Job Title: Night Shift Production Supervisor – Urgently Hiring! Pay: $65,000–$72,000/year Hours: 5:30 PM – 6:30 AM, 2x2x3 Rotating Schedule Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a Production Supervisor for a direct hire position for our client, a well-established company located in Auburn, ME. The Production Supervisor will lead and support a night-shift team while ensuring consistent quality and production standards are met. The Production Supervisor will excel by maintaining a strong floor presence, promoting a safety-first culture, and ensuring efficient and effective operations. This is a full-time, night-shift leadership role located in Auburn, ME. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing nightly operations and supervising production team members.
• Monitoring production flow and output to ensure daily targets are met.
• Enforcing safety and sanitation protocols.
• Coaching and developing team members to maximize performance and morale.
• Completing reports, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with other departments.
• Maintaining an organized, compliant, and positive working environment.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education a plus.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a production, warehouse, or similar setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and make quick, sound decisions under pressure.
• A team-oriented mindset and a passion for people development.
• Flexibility to work a night shift on a rotating schedule.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as needed in a production environment.
