Job Title: Assembler – Urgently Hiring!  Pay: $20/hr  Hours: 2nd Shift – Monday through Thursday, 4:00 PM – 3:00 AM  Start Date: ASAP Bonney Staffing is partnering with a reputable company to find dedicated Assemblers for their growing manufacturing team. This full-time, second-shift opportunity offers consistent hours and a chance to grow within a supportive production environment. The Assembler will perform routine assembly operations at various stages of the production process. Success in this role means being detail-oriented, reliable, and safety-conscious while contributing to a collaborative team. This position is located in Poland, Maine. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for:

• Performing routine assembly tasks and minor set-ups of fixtures and equipment
• Using minor measuring devices as needed and completing required documentation
• Moving materials and products between different stages of operations
• Following all established ESD, safety, ergonomic, and security policies
• Conducting area clean-up to maintain a safe and organized work environment

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status (required)
• The ability to read and understand verbal or written instructions for electro-mechanical products
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
