Job Title: 1st Shift Spray Booth Operator – Urgently Hiring

We are seeking a 1st Shift Spray Booth Operator for a temp-to-hire position for our client, a well-established manufacturing company focused on high-quality bonding processes, located in Biddeford, Maine. The Spray Booth Operator will be responsible for tasks associated with bonding processes, including machine setup and material handling. The Spray Booth Operator will take pride in their work, maintain safety standards, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. This is a full-time, hands-on role located in Biddeford, Maine.

As a 1st Shift Spray Booth Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Load materials and prepare surfaces for bonding operations

• Set up and operate spray booth machinery safely and efficiently

• Follow step-by-step work instructions accurately

• Monitor quality and de-flash finished products as needed

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Support team and supervisor with process improvements and productivity goals

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications preferred)

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar production or spray booth role

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written instructions

• Excellent attendance and punctuality, especially during the probationary period

• The ability to lift up to 60lbs and stand for 10-hour shifts

• Steel/composite toe boots; gloves and safety glasses (provided if needed)

• The ability to speak fluent English for effective training and communication

• A track record of longevity in past roles; must provide clear job history explanations

• A strong work ethic, motivation, and leadership potential
