Pay: $17.15/HR to start (plus $1/hr raise and bonuses once hired on permanently)
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM

We are seeking a
Clean Room Packager for a
full-time, temp-to-hire position for our client, a growing manufacturing company located in
Dover, NH. The Clean Room Packager will support all aspects of the production process, including inventory control, machine operation, quality inspection, and final packaging in a clean room environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with their hands, and being part of a collaborative team.
As a Clean Room Packager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing materials, equipment, and product quality during the production process
- Setting up workstations and machines at the start of each shift
- Loading equipment and operating machines safely and efficiently
- Performing basic machine maintenance and cleaning
- Assembling, bonding, and kitting products to customer specifications
- Inspecting products using quality tools and reporting any defects
- Monitoring inventory to ensure material availability
- Following all safety and cleanliness protocols
- Accurately packaging products and labeling them in the ERP system
- Supporting other production tasks as assigned
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of related experience or technical training
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Technical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Physical ability to lift 25 lbs and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
