Job Title: Packing Assembler – Urgently Hiring

We are seeking a Packing Assembler for a full-time position for our client, a local, family-owned plating business located in Westbrook, ME. Our client believes their employees are their greatest strength, with many employees having been with them for over 20 years! The Packing Assembler will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and packing products to ensure high-quality standards. The Packing Assembler will succeed in this role by demonstrating attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. This is a hands-on assembly role located in Westbrook, ME.

• Placing parts on racks, wiring parts, and positioning them on hooks or in barrels.
• Inspecting and testing products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Packing and unpacking products with care to prevent damage.
• Loading and unloading parts efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Reporting any machine malfunctions or production issues.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• A team-oriented attitude and willingness to collaborate.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Physical dexterity to handle small and delicate product parts.
