Job Title: Lumber Sorter and Finisher – Urgently Hiring! The Lumber Sorter and Finisher will play a vital role in ensuring smooth facility operations by operating machinery, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and performing repetitive physical tasks. Success in this role looks like consistent productivity, adherence to safety protocols, and contributing to a collaborative team environment. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity located in Naples, ME. As a Lumber Sorter and Finisher, you will be responsible for:

• Operating machinery to sort and finish lumber efficiently
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Performing repetitive physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and squatting
• Following safety protocols to prevent workplace incidents
• Collaborating with team members to meet production goals
• Inspecting materials for quality assurance

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent 
• Mechanical aptitude and a strong awareness of safety practices
• The ability to lift up to 60 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
• A proactive mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous longevity in similar roles preferred
• Must live within 60 minutes of Naples, ME
