1st and 2nd shift Production Technician Urgently Hiring Pay: $19-$21/HR, DOE

Hours: 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday 5:30am - 2:00pm OR 7:00am - 3:30pm 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM Start Date: ASAP  

We are seeking a Production Technician for a full-time temporary position for our client, a manufacturing company in Dover, New Hampshire. The Production Technician will be responsible for the day-to-day production of Fluoropolymer products, ensuring quality standards are met. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail. This is a full-time temporary position located in Dover, NH.

 

As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Producing Fluoropolymer products while meeting established production goals.
• Reviewing instructions, specifications, and parts lists to prepare for work.
• Gathering necessary parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment by following safety procedures and regulations.
• Performing inspections of completed parts through visual inspection and measuring instruments.
• Following all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

 

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Ability to work quickly and methodically under deadlines.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle and feel materials and products with hands.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch frequently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, 30 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly.
• Close visual acuity needed for inspecting products, viewing screens, and using measurement tools.
• Ability to work in extreme heat (above 90°F for extended periods).
