Job Title: Carpenter – Urgently Hiring!

Pay: $20-23/hour depending on experience Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Overtime available on Fridays) Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking Carpenters for a full-time position for our client, a trusted construction and manufacturing company located in Raymond, Maine. The Carpenter will fabricate component parts from raw materials according to custom blueprints and specifications. Success in this role means producing high-quality work with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail.

As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for:

• Fabricating cabinetry, doors, flooring, beds, counters, and drawers according to blueprints.
• Inspecting components for defects and performing necessary repairs.
• Operating a variety of tools and millwork equipment, including miter saws, time savers, shapers, planers, routers, jointers, scribes, hand saws, and tape measures.
• Following safety protocols and ensuring a clean, organized workspace.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in carpentry or related trades.
• Strong experience using hand and power tools.
• The ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in various units of measure).
• The ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work on their feet for extended periods.
• A strong team-oriented mindset and commitment to workplace safety.
