The Sales Associate will be the face of the company, assisting customers with product inquiries, handling sales transactions, and maintaining the store’s appearance. Success in this position means delivering exceptional customer service, building lasting customer relationships, and contributing to sales goals.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting customers, answering questions, and engaging them with merchandise
• Providing exceptional customer service and guiding customers to products
• Organizing and maintaining a clean, orderly store floor
• Demonstrating strong product knowledge and keeping up with new company offerings
• Proactively seeking out customers and building relationships
• Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
