The Inside Sales and Service Associate in Lewiston, Maine is responsible for supporting sales and service operations from inquiry to delivery. This includes parts and equipment identification, quoting, ordering materials, and planning and scheduling service work, inspections, and new equipment installations. You’ll have a solid understanding of industrial sales and service processes, with a focus on cranes and hoists. This is a full-time, 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday position. Inside Sales and Service Associate Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or equivalent (required)
• 3+ years of industrial sales experience (required) 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (preferred)
• Must pass a background check and drug screening w/ no THC

Inside Sales and Service Associate Details:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
• Pay Rate: $25.00/hr DOE
• Start Date: ASAP
