The Production Worker position in Auburn, Maine is responsible for material preparation. You’ll have a solid understanding of working with programmable machinery and performing manual jobs. You will be cross-train and work in different departments to support production needs. Previous experience in QC and inspection or shoe manufacturing is desired. This is a full-time, long term, 1st shift position.   Production Worker Qualifications: 

• High School Graduate or GED
• Ability to reach; Capable of sitting, standing, or walking for full shifts.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Preferred experience in Quality Control and Inspection.
• Good manual dexterity and skilled with hands.
• Positive and flexible attitude, thriving in team environments.
• Non-Sewing Operations; must be able to stand/walk for a full shift.
• Ability to pass a background and Drug screen
• Ability to speak, read & write the English language

Production Worker Worker Details: 

• Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6:00 am-3:30 pm & Fridays 6-12
• Pay Rate: $18hr 
• Start Date: ASAP
