Part-Time General Grounds and Building Maintenance

Pay Range: $20.00 hourly

Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 7 am to 5 pm

Start Date: ASAP

The Part-Time General Grounds and Building Maintenance position in Windham is responsible for opening and closing the buildings for public use, checking the buildings during the day, treating sidewalks, snow shoveling when required, and performing cleaning tasks such as washing floors. You will also be driving district vehicles, so a clean driving record and valid license are required.

Successful candidates will be detail-oriented and have a strong work ethic.

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Clean driving record 
• Detail and goal-oriented
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently
