Bonney Staffing has partnered with a Personal Injury Law Firm that is dedicated to not only helping their clients seek the compensation they need to cover their medical bills and other lost wages, but to serve as their compassionate partner every step of the way as each client recovers and fights to get back the life they had before the accident. The  Customer Service Representative position in Portland, Maine is responsible for answering and directing incoming calls, talking with new case callers, and other administrative tasks. Successful candidates will be responsible for assisting the Intake and Business Admin Departments. This is a full time position. Customer Service Representative Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or Equivalent  

• 1-3 Year's of Personal Injury Experience

• Ability to demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills including typing

• Ability to manage and prioritize around tight deadlines  

• Comfortable with change and rapidly shifting priorities

• Comfortable with current office tools and technology

• Must have a great positive attitude

• Bilingual abilities in Spanish/English are helpful but not necessary

Customer Service Representative Details: 

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m to 5:15 p.m 

• Pay Rate: $20/Hr. or more, depending on experience

• Start Date: ASAP
