The Deputy Director of Residential Services position in Auburn, Maine is responsible for overseeing medication administration and the health needs of residents in a residential services environment. Duties will include effectively working with Federal and State agencies and local municipalities in any inspections and investigations. You will complete quarterly and yearly paperwork, assessments, MARs and medication storage for individuals' health care needs. As well as, monitoring the medical files of individuals to ensure that all documentation is present and correct. demonstrated ability to effectively communicate verbally and in written communication form to internal and external agencies, vendors/ clients, staff and management, and maintain professional relationships. You’ll have a solid understanding of infection control and prevention protocols, as well as strong communication skills to liaise with pharmacies and healthcare providers. This is a full-time, Direct-Hire Position. Deputy Director of Residential Services Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Active CRMA certification preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting required
• Experience with MS Office required; healthcare management software preferred
• Ability to travel to client homes and communicate effectively with diverse clientele
• Attitude: Professional and approachable
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Deputy Director of Residential Services Details:

• Schedule: M-TH, 8 AM - 4 PM
• Pay Rate: $50,000 - 60,000 annual salary
• Start Date: ASAP
