Position: Press Brake Operator (1st Shift)

Pay: Starting at $22/hr

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm w/ mandatory OT 2-3 Fridays a month until March 2025 Start: ASAP Job Description:

The Press Brake Operator position in Gorham, Maine, is responsible for setting up and running production CNC press brakes to fabricate sheet metal parts. This role requires a solid understanding of sheet metal fabrication, adherence to quality standards, and familiarity with safety guidelines. You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, collaborating with other operators and leaders to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output. This is a full-time 1st shift position.

Press Brake Operator Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or Equivalent
• 1 year of related experience
• Skilled in using sheet metal measuring devices (calipers, protractors, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Knowledge of "Lean" manufacturing processes is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and technical aptitude
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to workplace changes
• Positive relationship-building skills with coworkers
