Bonney Staffing is seeking a skilled
Facilities & Ground Maintenance Laborer for a full-time position in
Standish, ME. If you have a knack for minor repairs, enjoy hands-on work, and is able to operate a plow truck, we’d love to hear from you!

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $19.50/Hr. (Total salary with overtime and snow removal is around $45,000/year)

Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform minor facility repairs
- Assist with the preparation and take-down of events
- Properly dispose of waste
- Ensure buildings and grounds are clean and meet safety standards
- Perform snow removal duties
- Respond to work order requests in a timely manner
- Work professionally and collaboratively as part of a team
- Work an on call rotating shift during winter months for snow removal
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate
- 1+ years of relevant maintenance experience
- Experience with some of the following trades: Plumbing, HVAC, electricity, carpentry, painting, and locksmithing required.
- Good understanding of building maintenance, safety codes, and housekeeping operations
- Must be experienced with hand and power tools
- Must be able to drive tractors and operate snow removal equipment
- Must be techy savvy in order to obtain work orders on computers and tablets.
- Strong reading, writing, and math skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Open to working a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
