The Part-Time Financial Receptionist / Administrative Assistant position involves a wide range of responsibilities, including serving as the main point of contact for clients and vendors, both in person and via email or phone. You will welcome visitors, ensure a pleasant office experience, manage conference room bookings, and handle meeting schedules. Additionally, the role includes organizing online filing systems, updating office databases, and responding to inquiries.
Part-Time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for clients and vendors via email, phone, or in person
- Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming office environment
- Book conference rooms and manage meeting schedules
- Organize and maintain online filing systems and office databases
- Respond to inquiries and requests for information via phone or in person
- Undertake additional administrative duties as required
- Perform general office tasks such as copying, scanning, and filing documents
- Ensure spreadsheets and databases are updated accurately and on time
Part-Time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
- Experience working in a financial office strongly desired
- Self-motivated with a positive, ‘Can Do’ attitude
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to switch between multiple business entities as needed
- Comfortable answering and directing phone calls
- Previous experience in an office/admin environment preferred
Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30am-3:30pm
- Pay: $20/hr
