Job Title: Quality Assembler

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:00 PM - 3:00 AM - everyone must train on 1st shift. 

• OT is required at certain times during the year, schedule will be between 40-45 hours/week.

Bonney Staffing is partnering with a reputable company to find dedicated Manufacturing Specialists, Assembly and Warehouse openings to support their current growth. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for performing routine assembly operations at various stages of the production process. If you have experience in manufacturing, production, or soldering or are interested in learning these trades and are looking for a career with growth potential, this is a fantastic opportunity!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly Operations: Perform routine assembly tasks and minor set-ups of fixtures and equipment.
• Machine Operation: Some roles will monitor machine operation processes on the production floor via touchscreen computers.
• Measuring and Documentation: Use minor measuring devices as needed and maintain work-related paperwork.
• Material Handling: Move materials/products between different operations as required.
• Compliance: Adhere to established ESD, safety, ergonomic, and security policies.
• Clean-Up: Conduct area clean-up as necessary to maintain a safe and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand verbal or written instructions for Electro-mechanical products.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
