The Facility and Ground Maintenance Lead position located in Barrington, NH is responsible for overseeing our facilities and surrounding property. This hands-on role is ideal for someone experienced in building maintenance, carpentry, and landscaping, with a commitment to energy-efficient and sustainable practices. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm (30-minute unpaid lunch) Pay Range: $25.00–$35.00 per hour Start Date: ASAP Responsibilities:

• Building Maintenance & Carpentry: Handle a range of building repair and construction tasks, from framing to finish carpentry, product assembly, and quality painting or staining.
• Grounds Management: Maintain and enhance landscapes, perform snow removal using a plow truck, and clear trees with chainsaws.
• Product Assembly: Assemble benches and other products, requiring accurate sawing, bolting, and fine attention to detail.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate a variety of equipment, including lawnmowers, mid-sized tractors, plow-equipped pickup trucks, forklifts, and electric hand-operated fork trucks.
• Safety and Compliance: Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with company regulations on all tasks.
• Task Coordination: Efficiently organize and prioritize maintenance and property tasks, maintaining timely and quality completion.

Qualifications:

• Carpentry Skills: Proficiency in carpentry and general building maintenance.
• Equipment Operation: Familiarity with drive-on lawnmowers, mid-sized tractors, plow trucks, forklifts, and electric fork trucks.
• Painting & Maintenance: Skilled in detailed painting and general repairs.
• Tool Proficiency: Experience using power tools, chainsaws, and other maintenance equipment.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to safety and efficiency.
