Clean Room Workers Details:

• Pay Range: $19 - $35/hr (based on role, experience, and shift differentials).
• Shifts: Flexible schedules, including weekdays, weekends, and multiple shift options:
  • Weekdays:
    • 1st: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
    • 2nd: 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
    • 3rd: 12:30 AM - 7:30 AM
  • Weekends:
    • 1st, 2nd & 3rd: 12:30 PM - 12:30 AM

Clean Room worker Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor a variety of production equipment and machinery, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to specifications.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products to verify proper components, ingredients, and quality standards.
• Monitor machine controls during manufacturing, reporting malfunctions or defects promptly.
• Document production activities, including logs for quality control, equipment maintenance, and performance metrics.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Foster a collaborative work environment with clear and effective communication among team members and support staff.
• Engage in continuous improvement activities, applying Lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S and safety standards.

  Clean Room Workers Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED required for some roles).
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or machine operation required, with clean room experience highly preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in navigating software applications, email, and Microsoft Office products.
• Mechanical and basic electrical knowledge desired.
• Familiarity with using various power and hand tools.
• Experience with sterilization techniques and methods is highly preferred.Ability to wear and properly don PPE, including full suits, hoods, boot covers, and gloves, in a sterile environment.Familiarity with 5S safety procedures is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues independently.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
