CNC Machinist and Press Brake Operator - Westbrook, ME and Gorham, ME

Bonney Staffing is seeking skilled CNC Machinists and Press Brake Operators to join our team in Westbrook and Gorham, ME. We have several full-time opportunities for individuals experienced in CNC machining and precision metalwork. These roles involve operating and programming CNC lathes, mills, or press brake machinery to produce high-quality parts, ensuring safety, precision, and efficiency. Positions Available:

• CNC Machinist (1st & 2nd Shift, Westbrook)
• Large Lathe CNC Machinist (2nd Shift, Westbrook)
• Press Brake Operator (1st Shift, Gorham)
• Manual Machinist (1st Shift, Westbrook)

Pay Range:

• $22 - $34/hr depending on experience and position

Schedules:

• CNC Machinists: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM OR Monday - Thursday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM
• Press Brake Operator: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, program, and operate CNC machinery (mills and lathes) or press brakes.
• Inspect parts for quality, ensuring they meet blueprint specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Document production goals and quality assurance actions.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in CNC machining, manual machining, or press brake operation.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, using measuring tools, and interpreting technical documents.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8-10 hour shifts.
