The Support Associate position in Portsmouth, NH is responsible for interfacing with customers, reviewing passport applications and data entry. Other duties include: scanning, copying and mailing documents. Successful candidates will have the ability to multitask and be comfortable with clerical/office work. This is a full time, temp to hire position with the ability to go permanent. 

Support Associate Responsibilities:

• Interface with customers at the will-call counters and provide exceptional customer service.

• Operating via the phone ensure that appointments are scheduled and managed efficiently 

• Review supporting documentation for completeness and compliance with requirements 

• Make copies of documentation as needed 

• In and out going mail 

Support Associate Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Proficiency in using office equipment and computer applications.

• Must be dependable and reliable.

Support Associate Details:

• Schedule: 2nd shift, Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM to 12:00 a.m

• Pay Rate: 2nd Shift, $19.98/Hr. 

• Start Date: ASAP (background check & fingerprinting required prior to starting which may take up to 2 months)
