The
Maintenance Director job in
Auburn, Maine is responsible for being a “Jack of all Trades” for the facility and residents while caring for the grounds, repairing broken items, being responsible for the upkeep of the House, as well as, understanding regulations for this type of environment. You will have two employees working under and with you. You'll have a solid understanding of when to call vendors for outside help and how to get quotes to provide to the board for review. This is a full-time position.
Maintenance Director Qualifications:
- High School Graduate
- Two (2) Years of experience
- Experience supervising employees
- Team player with coaching attitude
Maintenance Director Details:
- Schedule: Full time, 40 hours/ week
- Pay Rate: $50,000 DOE
- Start Date: ASAP
