Join our team as a Warehouse Material Handler in Dover, NH and play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and moving finished goods and raw materials to ensure efficient production processes.

Warehouse Material Handler Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack finished goods accurately by following pick tickets to select specific items and quantities.

• Perform various production duties including manual lifting, packaging, labeling, and sorting operations.

• Utilize Work Assist Vehicle (WAV) and/or Power Pallet Jack to move products and inventory within the warehouse.

• Use the ERP System to verify raw material needs and pick raw materials for sheeting purposes.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area and equipment while adhering to safety regulations.

• Receive training to assist with shipping and sheeting duties as needed.

• Transfer materials or finished goods between the shipping/receiving warehouse and the manufacturing facility.

• Fulfill any additional duties as assigned by supervision.

Warehouse Material Handler Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.

• Ability to understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions effectively.

• Strong communication skills to interact with personnel at various levels within the organization.

• Proficiency in basic mathematical operations: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

• Exceptional eye-hand coordination and ability to concentrate during repetitive tasks.

• Capability to work quickly and methodically while maintaining accuracy.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license.

• Current DOT Medical Card on file with Welch Fluorocarbon, Inc., and annual submission of a current driving record report required.

Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to use hands for handling and lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Close visual acuity for tasks such as data analysis and computer work.

• May require standing for long periods and engaging in repetitive motions.

• Potential for frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling.

• Adaptability to work in various weather and temperature conditions within the warehouse environment, including extreme heat, humidity, and cold.

Warehouse Material Handler Details: 

• Pay Rate: $40,000 K 

• Full-Time: Monday-Friday

• Shift: 8 am - 5:00 pm
