Job Title: Industrial Electromechanical Technician
Pay: $22–$26 per hour, based on experience
Hours: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM

As an Industrial Electromechanical Technician, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing production machinery, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring equipment operates at peak performance. You will diagnose issues, conduct repairs, and help improve operational efficiency in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates experienced in industrial machinery maintenance, focusing on equipment rather than residential or building systems.
What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on motors, drives, belts, pumps, and other mechanical systems to ensure continuous operation.
- Lubricate, adjust, align, and clean machinery to maintain optimal functionality.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision devices to replace or repair machine components, adhering to safety standards.
- Fabricate or modify machine parts through cutting, welding, and assembly to support repairs.
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals to accurately perform maintenance tasks.
- Install and repair industrial electrical wiring and components to improve equipment performance.
- Conduct testing procedures to confirm machinery operates correctly before returning to production.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage in SAP or similar systems to maintain accurate records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to support productivity and safety compliance.
What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate will have:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Journeyman Electrical License.
- 3+ years of experience maintaining industrial or manufacturing machinery.
- Boiler Operator Certification, or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, shop math proficiency.
- Ability to work independently while following safety protocols.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical Technology.
- Advanced licenses such as Boiler Operator or Master Electrician.
- Experience with material control and spare parts management.
- Proven track record of safety, attendance, and performance excellence.
