Sara was very personable and upfront with me regarding my job hunt and understanding my difficulties in landing a position while I am at a crossroads in my career. Transitioning from a mortgage background to a technology career has been both rewarding and challenging and I feel that Sara understands my struggle with being a mortgage guy in a computer world, while trying to juggle my young family. My experience with Jeff so far is excellent. Jeff is always ahead in transparent communication. I really like the way he explained the need of new role and make me comfortable with phone as well as skype call where we talked in details on various topics including client expectations, how I would be great fit for this job which helps me to gain more confidence and making me more comfortable and equally excited to get this job. I like his professionalism and timely response on all my questions. Overall Jeff is gentleman and a gem in recruiting who knows very well what client is expecting and how to fit the best candidate for the role.
