Overall a good experience. I wouldn’t say Paul necessarily understood the day to day battles of a material planner because it’s simply not his field, but he did make it a point to ensure to the company that it was a concern of mine. I also loved the salary range that was submitted on my behalf. I look forward to working with him in the future.
