Paul was amazing. He asked very intelligent questions and dug into my past employment. He reviewed my strengths, talked about some weaknesses on my resume that we can improve. One thing that was awesome was he asked what I really wanted to do next so that he could try to find spots that were open which I might enjoy. He made it feel like he wants to tailor the job search to something that will be beneficial to us both and not just find me any old spot. He was professional, courteous and friendly. I felt like he was a long time friend.
