I found Paul to be respectful, kind and easy to talk with. He reached out about a very relevant position to my skill set and helped to get my information submitted for a potential job (at the time of this writing, that is how far into the process I have gotten). He asked very intelligent questions when asking for clarifications and details about my past work and education. He moved very quickly through the process and was always on time for scheduled calls.
