Paul was incredibly personable right from the start—he made me feel like I was simply talking to a friend rather than sitting in a formal interview. At the same time, he remained thoroughly professional throughout. He clearly knew what questions to ask about my credentials and experience, asked thoughtful follow-ups, and took the time to thoroughly describe the role. He smiled the entire time, which created a genuinely warm and welcoming atmosphere. The conversation stayed focused and productive from beginning to end.
