About Keegan Strnad:

It was a positive experience dealing with Keegan. Keegan reached out early in the process to discuss the job opportunity. Discovering a potential issue with a severance package, Keegan was proactive in suggestions for alternative positions and scheduled a Teams interview with Mike to discuss the alternative opportunities. I feel very positive regarding this experience.

About Keegan Strnad:

Keegan was a strong technical recruiter to work with—professional, responsive, and actually understood the role beyond the job title. He asked the right questions about my hands-on experience, translated my technical background into what the hiring team cared about, and gave clear guidance on what to emphasize. What I appreciated most was his communication: timely updates, straightforward feedback, and no wasting time. Overall, a positive experience—I’d happily work with Keegan again for future opportunities.

About Keegan Strnad:

Unlike other recruiters, I was only reached out to a single time by a single person rather than multiple people from the same company about the same position. Very directly answered my questions.
