Alec’s done a great job of communicating effectively throughout the process. He had a role that originally I thought I would be a good fit for, but Alec thought I would be a better fit for more senior roles down the line. Most recruiters just put you in any role to meet their quota, but Alec definitely cares about getting clients in the right role for them and their career growth. Bonus points for being a Chippewa.
