About Jeff Steele:

My experience with Jeff so far is excellent. Jeff is always ahead in transparent communication. I really like the way he explained the need of new role and make me comfortable with phone as well as skype call where we talked in details on various topics including client expectations, how I would be great fit for this job which helps me to gain more confidence and making me more comfortable and equally excited to get this job. I like his professionalism and timely response on all my questions. Overall Jeff is gentleman and a gem in recruiting who knows very well what client is expecting and how to fit the best candidate for the role. I am looking forward to have an interview with PwC for QA Lead/Manager role and hoping to work with him in future too.

This was the best experience with a recruiter I have ever had. Whether I get a job out of this or not I felt Jeff really listened to what I had to say. He took into account what I was looking for in a job and helped me to restructure my resume for better results. He also gave me feedback and tips on the interview process. Most recruiters I have dealt with call and ask a few questions about your resume and that's it. Jeff took the time to really get to know me as a candidate and what my strengths were. I haven't heard from the job we talked about and I may not but I feel like I am in good hands with Jeff. Definitely the best recruiter experience I could have asked for.
