I have been working with recruiters as both a hiring manager and a contractor. In my experience, recruiters tend to share a common high standard of customer service and personability. Shane exceeded those standards and communicated with transparency, flexibility, and clarity. He was patient and incredible with follow-through. If he didn't know some of the specifics of my particular industry (instructional design is still a fairly new facet of IT), he probed in order to understand it completely. I know I am in good hands and that I was heard, and most importantly, that I will be properly represented in my job search.
