Jake was very transparent about the position and the expected compensation from the client before indicating whether I should move forward or not to save time. I also appreciated Jake for educating me on the different expectations and cultures from OEM culture (which I am from) to Tier 1 supplier. Jake would also tell me of the steps that Blue Chip on their process and brought his manager, Nicole, to speak with me. They would stay and work with you and even said they will provide you feedback even if their clients would not choose a candidate, which many recruiters don't do. I would be happy to work with them.
