About Amber Oldani:

I recently had the opportunity to interview with Amber at Blue Chip Staffing, and I cannot say enough about the experience. From the moment our conversation began, she was professional, engaging, and incredibly encouraging. What stood out most was her ability to truly see my strengths and communicate them back to me in a way that restored my confidence. After navigating a layoff, it can be easy to question yourself — but Amber reminded me of the value of my experience and the depth of my skill set. She was prepared, knowledgeable about the role, and transparent about expectations. More importantly, she created a space where I felt heard, respected, and supported — not just placed. Amber didn’t just conduct an interview; she motivated me to step back into the job market with confidence and clarity. That kind of impact matters. If this is the level of professionalism and encouragement Blue Chip Staffing represents, candidates are in excellent hands. Thank you, Amber, for being amazing at what you do.

She is extremely professional, attentive, and genuinely supportive throughout the process. What really stood out to me is how different she is from other recruiters I’ve spoken with Amber truly cares, listens, and goes above and beyond to help. I appreciate her help very, very much and am truly grateful for her support.
